Lathe Operator (full-time)

Where will you be working as a lathe operator?
We are a leading restoration company specializing in iconic models such as classic LANCIA, ALFA ROMEO, FIAT 8V, and Siata 8V. Our workshop is the place where history and craftsmanship meet. You’ll join a small, passionate team working at the highest level of precision mechanics and engineering, fully restoring classic cars to perfection — down to the smallest detail. Every project is unique, with a strong focus on quality and expertise.

What will you do as a lathe operator?
As a lathe operator and mechanic, you play a key role in manufacturing and restoring components for classic cars. Your main tasks include:

  • Machining parts on the lathe: creating unique components that are no longer available (possibly using CNC).
  • Welding, grinding, and shaping: repairing fine metal and frame parts to original specifications.
  • Reconstruction: recreating rare components based on technical drawings or original examples; creating technical drawings as needed.
  • Teamwork: closely collaborating with mechanics and other specialists to restore vehicles to top condition.

Your profile
We are looking for a driven and experienced lathe operator and mechanic who:

  • Has experience with metalworking techniques, particularly manual or CNC lathe work.
  • Holds a completed education in metalworking, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
  • Has a passion for classic cars and a sharp eye for detail, precision, and accuracy.
  • Is quality-focused, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • Is available full-time and takes pride in craftsmanship.
